Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund.
